What we collect.
Short, because there is not much of it. This describes what the site actually does today rather than what a policy template says a site might do.
The site itself
- No analytics, no tracking scripts, and no requests to any third-party host.
- No cookies are set by this site.
- Nothing is stored in your browser unless you do one of two things. Turning the sound on saves that one preference on your device, and it is never sent anywhere. Filling in a brief we have sent you saves a draft on your device as you type, so you can come back to it. That draft reaches us only when you press send, and it is deleted from your device once it has.
If you contact us
- The enquiry form sends us your name, email address, and whichever of company, phone number, service and message you chose to fill in.
- It arrives as an email to info@thereservoirlab.com, delivered through Resend. The site keeps no database and stores no copy of it.
- If we have sent you a brief, it sends us your name, email address, and whatever you choose to tell us about your business and its brands, including a phone number if you give one. It arrives the same way, as an email through Resend, and the site keeps no copy.
- If you subscribe to Lab Notes, your email address is held by Resend so we can send them. Nothing else is attached to it.
Asking for it back
Email info@thereservoirlab.com and we will tell you what we hold, or delete it. There is no form for this and no account to close.
